Overview
Benbase lets any platform offer health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits directly to their customers through embeddable UI components and APIs.
Embedded full-stack benefits
Instead of building benefits enrollment from scratch, you embed two pre-built flows as iframes:
- Employer Flow — your customer (the employer) uses this to set up and manage their benefits plans
- Employee Flow — each employee uses this to enroll in or waive benefits
Benbase handles everything behind the scenes: plan quoting, carrier relationships, compliance, and enrollment processing. You receive structured data back (like payroll deduction amounts) to keep your system in sync.
How It Works
- Embed flows — render Employer and Employee Flow iframes in your platform
- Provide employee data — either automatically via a supported payroll engine, or manually via API
- Employees enroll — they select their benefits through the Employee Flow
- Stay in sync — receive deduction data and report employment changes
